This project was a full scale remodel of a single family home in Charbonneau, completed in 2018. The family wanted to modernize and brighten the overall look of their home, as well as upgrade the features of their kitchen, and improve the accessibility of their master bathroom to ensure they could age in place easily down the road.
We carried out a full gut remodel in the kitchen with an improved layout, fresh updated materials, and high end finishes and appliances. We also fully remodeled the bathroom, upgraded the vanity to a double sink, and constructed a barrier free walk-in shower with a custom built in bench. In the living areas and throughout the home we updated flooring and trim throughout, removed popcorn ceilings, modernized the fireplace facade, and installed new front doors.
We worked closely with the family to make a home that expressed their style and they would be proud to entertain in, and we think the outcome is stunning. Take a look at the before and after photos below to see for yourself.
